Although we specialise in Drylining, we will undertake all different types of work around your home from patio laying, fence erection and painting to structural work and all aspects of general maintenance.

1. The first thing we promise to do is to actually listen to what YOU want and see the project from your point of view
2. We will manage our time so that you are not left with an unfinished job
3. We'll use the best materials we can to fit with your budget - if you want us to, we will do the shopping around for you
4. If part of your job is outside our areas of expertise we will only use the best local sub-contractors, always with your prior agreement
5. We will ALWAYS tidy up after ourselves at the end of every day

We sat down and worked on what we wanted to offer our customers and that is how we came up with our 5 promises. Thinking about what we would want as customers, what our past customers have told us is important to them and how we would like to be thought of. There are lots of other things we promise to do but we thought of these as just common sense and what every decent maintenance business should offer:

• Turning up on time and ready to work
• Offering the best possible price we can
• Not creating unnecessary mess and fuss
• Always be honest and not taking on any work we don't feel comfortable with
• Working hard and getting the work done as quickly as possible - nobody really wants us around any longer than we need to be there, we get that (and don't take offence!)
